Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Love and Legacy Quilts and by making a purchase you agree to be bound by such.
Orders
- The order placed has not been officially accepted until the order has been checked and a subsequent notification has been sent. This is due to the fact that on rare occasions there could be a possible stock issue or pricing error.
- When an order is completed using Paypal your card is authorised and the funds are held on your card for the order amount. Once the order is confirmed and ready for shipping the order amount will be finalised.
- If you have made an error or wish to cancel an order please let us know ASAP, if the order has not been dispatched we can modify or refund the order. If the order has been dispatched refer to the Returns section.
- We currently accept Paypal or if you are local payment can be at the time of collection.
Delivery and Returns
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, and you will be notified via email when your parcel is on it's way.
- Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail first class post or courier for larger parcels, at a flat rate postage cost of £5.00 per order.
- Parcels may also be collected in person if you live within easy distance of Basingstoke, Hampshire.
- All items are fully quality checked and carefully packaged up before they leave us, but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from when you physically received the item to cancel your order and then a further 14 days to return the item to us in it's original and undamaged condition. *Please note: Return postage costs will need to be paid by you, the purchaser and will not be refunded.* Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
